A small Japanese cup without a handle, the guinomi is traditionally used to drink sake. Eito Shinozaki throws it on the wheel in his workshop in Bizen. He prepares his own clay and grog, working the material to master its texture and feel.

Its surface reveals the effects of fire and ash: nuances, traces, and variations appear naturally during firing.

It can also accompany tea tasting and is distinguished by a simple and warm presence, characteristic of Eito Shinozaki's work.
