Bizenyaki Collection

Bizen-yaki is one of Japan's oldest ceramic traditions. Pieces are fired unglazed in wood-burning kilns, where the heat, flames, and ash naturally transform their surface. Each firing thus creates unique variations.

Uji, Kyoto Ceremonial Matcha

Tea holds a central place in the Tadaima universe. This matcha comes from Uji, a region intimately linked to tea culture in Japan. It was selected for its quality and balance, to be prepared in a chawan, to be enjoyed plain or as desired.

About Us

Tadaima highlights the richness of Japanese artisanal ceramics and the people who bring it to life.

Through a selection of artisans and my own creations, the project explores the connection between material, tea, and the objects that accompany it.
