Maison Yamariya's Jō Hōjicha is a roasted green tea made from kukicha, a tea composed mainly of stems. The raw material comes from Kyoto, before being roasted directly at Maison Yamariya to develop warm and toasted aromas.
Roasting profoundly transforms the tea's profile: the vegetal notes of green tea give way to a soft, warm and aromatic cup, with notes of roasted cereals and dried fruits.
A particularly pleasant tea at the end of a meal or for daily tasting.
